Welcome to RXLink!
The RXLink mobile application and mobile responsive website (collectively, “RXLink”), administered by Close Look, is for your personal use and information. Use of RXLink is subject to the following Terms and applicable laws. By downloading and using RXLink, you accept the Terms, without limitation or qualification. You are responsible to ensure that your access to RXLink and material available therein are legal in each jurisdiction in which you download or use RXlink. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of RXLink's mobile app and Website, rxlink.app and all its subdomains.
By accessing RXLink website or mobile app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Please do not use RXLink if you do not agree with any of the Terms & Conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Information Use
During the registration process, you will be asked to select your pharmacy by its name and address. Please select a pharmacy where you are already a customer. Your information including your name, address, phone number, date of birth along with your prescriptions and any other details that you enter into your profile will be shared with your local phamacy that you selected at registration. You may verify your pharmacy name and address at anytime by visiting the 'My Pharmacy' page available from the application menu.
You agree to receive SMS Text messages, email and mobile notifications when certain events occurs such as when your prescription is ready or when a new prespription refill is created.
If you no longer wish to share your information with your local pharmacy, or if you would like to delete your account and all your data, please contact support at support@rxlink.app
Exclusion of Warranties
RXLink makes no representation or warranty regarding the functionality, condition or suitability for use of the app. ALL MATERIAL OR INFORMATION ON THIS RXLINK APP IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RXLINK AND ITS AFFILIATED AND RELATED ENTITIES, AND ITS LICENSORS AND JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. These exclusions are in addition to any specific exclusion otherwise provided in these Terms.Limitation of Liability

At RXLink we endeavour to include accurate and up-to-date information on the RXLink App. However, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or currency of information presented on RXLink. RXLink shall not be held responsible for any action taken that is based on the information presented on the RXLink App, and you agree that all use of the RXLink App, its content, or its services, is solely at your own risk. Links and references to other websites are provided as a convenience only. RXLink does not expressly or implicitly endorse other websites or any informational content or material, or the accessibility thereof, via such links, and does not assume any responsibility for any such other websites, their content, or products or services offered thereon. RXLink does not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information, including personal information that you might be requested to give any third party. RXLink does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of RXLink,its agents and/or affiliates.
